Where are you located?

We are just over an hour outside of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, in the tiny village of Yarrow. Our address is 42402 Yarrow Central Rd, Chilliwack BC, Canada.

When can I book my stay?

You can book the North Star Suite and Under Hill Suite now!

We are still working on the Copper Crown Suites and you may sign up to receive an email when it is ready to accept reservations at the bottom of this website.

How can I book my stay?

What are your rates?

Your experience starts at $399.00 per night and varies by date and season. Please note there is a two night minimum.

Take advantage of our O Canada Staycation Sale — book before July 1st and stay anytime in 2025 for $375.00 per night!

Can I do a photoshoot at your hotel?

Our suites are perfect for a magical photoshoot — as guests you are welcome to take all the pictures you like. We love seeing all of the videos and photos that our guests post to social media so feel free to tag us as well. If you would like to bring in a professional photographer please contact us — we’ll be happy to give you special permission.

How many people can stay in a suite?

Our suites each have one king size bed and sleep two people maximum.

Can I bring my children?

Our suites are not suitable for children or infants, but they are perfect for a romantic getaway.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, pets are not allowed. Please contact us if you have a registered guide dog.

Can I host a party or event at your hotel?

We strive to provide our guests with a quiet, private experience. Please, no parties or special events.

However, if you are interested in reserving the entire hotel for a micro-wedding or other small event please contact us for special permission.

Are you a non-smoking hotel?

Yes, we are a non-smoking experience.

Does your hotel have stairs?

The North Star and Copper Crown are multi-level suites; guests must climb stairs. The Under Hill is a single level suite and has no stairs.

Do you have parking?

Complimentary onsite parking and EV charging stations are available.

Is your hotel air-conditioned?

Our suites very comfy all year long with air-conditioning in the summer and in-floor heat in the winter.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 11:00am. A late check-out (12:00pm) is available with our romance packages.

Who built your hotel?

We designed and built the Hazelnut Inn with the help of the Imagination Corporation.
