When Are You Opening?
Our Grand Opening will be Saturday, June 1st, 2024. Enjoy free tours of the North Star Suite from 12:00pm until 3:00pm on Saturday, June 1st.
When Can I Book my Stay?
We will open for booking soon! You may sign up to receive and email when we are ready to accept reservations at the bottom of this website.
What are Your Rates?
Rates will be available when we open for bookings.
General
Check-in
Check-in is from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Please contact us if you need special arrangements for check-in.
Check-out
Guests must check-out by 11:00am. Late check-out (12:00pm) is available with our romance packages.
Guests per room: 2 maximum
Our suites sleep two people maximum, so please, no additional guests. Each suite contains one king size bed. Friends, relatives, and associates of staying guests are not permitted the use of the property or suites.
Adults Only
Our suites are perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Guests must be at least 18 years old. Our suites are not suitable for children and infants. Friends, relatives, and associates of staying guests are not permitted the use of the property or suites.
No Parties Or Events
We strive to provide our guests with a quiet, private experience. Please, no parties or special events. Friends, relatives, and associates of staying guests are not permitted the use of the property or suites.
Photograpghy
Our suites are perfect for a magical photoshoot — take all the pictures you like. We love seeing all of the videos and photos that our guests post to social media so feel free to tag us as well. Keep in mind that your photographer must be a staying guest.
Quiet Please
Our guests are entitled to the peaceful enjoyment of their stay during daylight hours. No noise after 10:00PM.
No Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed. Please contact us if you have a registered guide dog.
Booking and Cancellation
Payment
Full payment is due upon booking.
Booking CHanges
Changes to your reservation are free of charge up to 30 days prior to check-in.
No changes to your reservation within 29 days of check-in.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to check-in will be issued full refunds (less a $25 service fee).
Cancellations made within 15-29 days of check-in will be issued a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will not be issued refunds.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.
Damage Protection
Pre-Authorization
A pre-authorization of $500 is due the day of check-in and released 2 days after check-out.
Property Damage
Please treat our property, suites, and gardens with care and respect. Full charges will apply for replacements or repairs to the property, suites, gardens, decor and other items. Any damage will incur a minimum repair fee of $500.
No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is prohibited on the entire property, including the driveway, parking lot, courtyard, gardens, and suites. This includes, but is not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and cannabis. Any infraction will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $500.
Safety & Liability
Accessibility
The North Star and Copper Crown are multi-level suites; guests must climb stairs. The Under Hill is accessible via wheelchair.
Parking
Onsite parking is available. Complementary EV charging stations are also available. However, we are not responsible for the security of, or damage to, your vehicle or its contents.
Safety
Our property, suites, and gardens are fully themed environments. Potential hazards include, but are not limited to: uneven, hard, sharp, and slippery surfaces, heights, water features, and open flames. Enjoy your stay at your own risk.
Guest Responsibilities
Please treat our property, suites, gardens, staff, and other guests with care and respect. Guests are responsible and liable for their own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone they invite to join or provide access to the property, suites, or gardens. Guests must assume, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the risks associated with the use of the property, suites, or gardens. Furthermore, all guests must agree to abide by the our Terms & Conditions, Booking & Cancellation Policies, and TERMS & CONDITIONS, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.
